10 Motivational Tips to Get FIT







1. Establish your goal.

Write down your fitness goal and stick to it! Whatever your goal may be (weight loss, toning, health, etc), make sure you remind yourself of it every day. This will encourage you to keep at it and not give up.

2. Make a plan.

Schedule out your week with workouts and meal prep! This will make it easier and less of a hassle to get done. There are plenty of resources to help you out with healthy meal plans and effective, yet quick workouts.

3. Follow fitness Instagram accounts.

This will encourage you and remind you that there are other people out there that are going through the same process as you.

4. Watch YouTube videos.

Like I said before there are SO many resources out there to help you get started on your journey. YouTube is a HUGE one! Its free and can shape to your specific needs.

5. Make a playlist.

I suggest using Spotify, but you can use whatever you prefer. Making a personalized playlist that gets you pumped up is going to make the gym a more enjoyable environment.

6. Get new workout clothes.

Treat yourself to a new workout outfit. Find one that makes you feel confident! This will make you want to go to the gym to flaunt your new look.

7. Try workout classes.

If youre anything like me, the hard part is going to the gym alone. Luckily, there are so many gym classes available. Most places offer a first class free. I would recommend trying out a bunch and finding what you like best before committing to a membership!

8. Surround yourself with positivity.

Make sure you surround yourself with people who support you. More importantly, make sure you are supporting yourself. Do not be harsh if you have a bad day, it happens. Rather encourage yourself to keep going.

9. Progress pictures.

While this might seem like the worst part on day one, progress pictures will keep you motivated towards your goal in the long term! Looking back every four weeks are your pictures will remind you how far you have come. It can also help you see what you need to work on to meet your goal.

10. Make it your favorite part of your day.

Get excited! Bring a friend along with you on your journey, talk about it, post about it. This is going to change your life and you are PUMPED!
